Income Inequality

I choose a young black male with some college degree.  He earns on an average $21,577 per year.  A young black female with some college earns on average $19,575 per year which is about $2,000 less than the male.  And a young whit male with the same education earns on average $22,842 which is more than both the black male and female with the same education

Next I choose an old Hispanic female with an advanced degree and she earns on average $70,257 per year.  But compared to an old Hispanic male who earns $82,911 with the same education which is quite a lot more.  And an old white female with the same education earns on avg. $73,624 which is more than the Hispanic female but less than the Hispanic male.

I found that the male in the situation always earned more than the female no matter the race.  And the white female or male on average earned more than a male or female of a different race.  I believe that society sees the white male as the superior worker in the work force. And a female who is of a different race is less respected in the work force.

One of the solutions was to make sure that every person who wanted a job got one because the demand is so high but we aren't able to keep up with it
